WOMEN'S ONLY DYNAMIC FITNESS TRAINING

Our 60-minute classes are a perfect isometric workout that integrates all the core elements of fitness to achieve a full-body training experience. This fun, high-energy class combines high-intensity interval training, dynamic strength training, cardio kickboxing and ends with a guided stretch cool down. Our experienced instructors are there to provide individualized coaching and personal modifications to help you achieve your fitness goals.
