Service Description

Join us for one of our 60 minute, high-intensity circuit class that combines kickboxing, basic self-defense methods and interval training that we finish off with a yoga cool-down. This class is designed for women, by women and is sure to get your heart rate pumping. It's a perfect isometric workout that incorporates a full range of movements that will utilize muscles you didn't even know existed! Sign up for the trial to get unlimited access to our classes for two weeks. Please bring your own personal yoga mat to use during class. NOTE: A reservation only has to be made for your INITIAL first class. After which, you are welcome to drop in for any of our Women's HIIT Fitness classes that work with your schedule for the remainder of your classes in the two week trial.
