Keep calm, and get your kickboxing on!
Come and join us for a 60 minute, high-intensity circuit class that combines kickboxing, basic self-defense methods, and interval training that we finish off with a yoga cool-down. Our classes are a perfect isometric workout that incorporates a full range of movements that will utilize muscles you didn't even know existed.
WEDNESDAYS: 9:30 - 10:30 PM
SATURDAYS: 9:00 - 10:00 AM
